After a transition in leadership on the Estates Facility Management Team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, the management decided to enhance their existing estate management system by implementing the Micad Internet Property Register (IPR) system. This included a review of asbestos management for which we were recommended.
Franks Portlock completed a complete desktop study on the current information. We also undertook a gap analysis assessment of 29 buildings, and an additional 18 new asbestos management surveys over a period of four weeks.
The data gathered during the programme of surveys was entered into the Micad IPR in addition to our own PDF reports.
As part of our ongoing management, we are providing periodic reinspection surveys; Micad Internet Property Register āAsbestos Moduleā user training, and asbestos awareness training.
