The latest apprentice to join the Franks Portlock team is Maya Moll. Here, she talks about her apprenticeship as an administrator within the company’s Water Hygiene Services Sector, and the contribution she’s making towards the growing success of the business.

From day one I’ve undertaken a variety of practical tasks, and developed essential skills and knowledge by working alongside a team of experienced professionals.

I have learnt as an administrator that it is not just about planning and scheduling, it’s also about ensuring the continued smooth operation of the business allowing the wider team to focus on providing the very best service.

The role of Franks Portlock administrator is certainly a dynamic and varied one, whether that’s co-ordinating events or problem-solving when a challenge presents itself. Being an apprentice also means gaining valuable experience and receiving mentorship.
