Belfast NHS Trust

Franks Portlock was highly recommended to the Belfast NHS Trust after working with EFM Consulting (Estates and Facilities Management Consultancy). We were commissioned by Belfast NHS Trust to provide asbestos management services.

The scope of our work was to review and resolve some challenging existing data from a third-party asbestos surveying company.

Over a period of four weeks, we interrogated the data and fed back to the trust when the provider’s data was incorrect and input correct data into the system. Due to our success in overcoming this challenge, we also input the remainder of the trust’s property portfolio into the system.

The project is ongoing and evolving as it progresses, and we have the flexibility to respond.
